Regenerative Ranching Products
At the ranch the chickens, goats and cattle work together to regenerate soil health, control weeds, and produce whole food products.
PASTURE EGGS
-
Our daughter has had a passion for chickens and has raised her own home flock since 2018. As our family business has moved to a regenerative ranching model, the chicken business was born. We now have a flock that lives out in our fields with guard dogs, goats, horses and cattle. These chickens are used to eat bugs and help fertilize the soil.
-
We are growing and changing our pasture chicken business. Currently we have a limited number of eggs and are not selling on a regular basis. We hope to have chicks grown and a larger quanity of eggs in the spring of 2026.
RANCH RAISED BEEF
-
From Our Family Ranch to Your Family Table
Each year, HR Bar 3 Ranch holds back a limited number of steers to finish on the ranch and offer directly to families who want to know exactly where their beef comes from.
Our cattle spend their lives on pasture before being finished for approximately 120 days on a carefully formulated feed blend. The result is exceptional marbling and tenderness that would be considered Prime quality by the way these cattle are raised and finished.
We believe healthy land produces healthy animals. That's why our cattle share pastures with our goats and chickens as part of our regenerative soil health program, allowing each species to naturally contribute to healthier soils and thriving pastures.
No shortcuts. No hormones. No antibiotics. Just quality beef raised the right way.

When purchasing a whole or half steer directly from HR Bar 3 Ranch, your average price per pound includes every cut in the animal—from premium steaks to ground beef—for approximately $7.00 per pound.
Reserve Your Beef
Because we only finish a limited number of steers each year, availability is extremely limited. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all steers are spoken for.
Whether you're filling your freezer for the year, feeding your family with beef you can trust, or simply looking for exceptional ranch-raised beef, we'd be honored to serve you.

BOER GOATS
-
One of our daughters cares for the goats here on the ranch. The goats are a very important part of the regenerative program. They eat many invasive species of plants and weeds that otherwise would need to be sprayed with chemical.
-
Currently the goat herd is in a growing phase and we have no livestock or goat products to sell. We hope to expand this part of the operation in the future.
